Barauli Assembly Constituency is one of the 243 legislative assembly constituencies in Bihar, India. It is located in Gopalganj district and is part of the Gopalganj Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituency. Barauli is a general seat in the district. According to the 2008 Delimitation Order, Barauli Assembly constituency includes Manjha community development block and several gram panchayats (Mohadipur Pakaria, Dewapur, Sonbarsa, Batardeh, Sarfara, Nawada Chand, Kahla, Moghal Biraicha, Kalyanpur, Sarean Narendra, Belsand, Madhopur, Mahammadpur Nilami, Bagheji, Bishunpura, Larauli) along with Barauli (Notified Area) of Barauli CD Block. It is also part of the Gopalganj Lok Sabha constituency (No. 17), which is reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC).
